Payment Terms

1. Payment Processor

All payments for FastAnn Pro licenses are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles global tax compliance (VAT/GST) on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on the Pricing page are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes as determined at checkout. SmartTech reserves the right to change pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already completed.

3. One-Time Payment — No Subscription

The FastAnn Pro license is sold as a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and no hidden fees. You pay once and retain your license indefinitely for the registered domain.

4. Payment is Final

Once a payment has been successfully processed and your license key has been generated and delivered, the transaction is considered final and complete. No chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals initiated without prior contact with our support team will be entertained. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent license revocation.

5. License Delivery

After a successful payment, your RSA-signed license key will be:

• Displayed on the order confirmation page, and
• Sent to the email address provided at checkout.

SmartTech is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters. Contact [email protected] if you did not receive your key.

6. Business Invoices

If you require a business invoice with your company name and tax ID, enter those details in the checkout form. Lemon Squeezy will generate a valid VAT/GST invoice automatically and send it to your registered email.

7. Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, no license key will be generated. Please verify your payment details and try again, or contact your bank.
