• Payment data: Processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never store your card number or banking details.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous page-view data to improve the website experience (no personally identifiable information).

3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate and deliver your RSA-signed license key.
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, invoice).
• Provide customer support related to your license.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Reverse Engineering

All source code, UI/UX designs, visual components, icons, animations, and documentation of FastAnn are the exclusive intellectual property of SmartTech and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from SmartTech:

• Copying, reproducing, or replicating the UI/UX design, layout, or visual appearance of FastAnn.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the FastAnn library or website.
• Creating derivative works based on FastAnn's source code or design for redistribution or resale.
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notices or proprietary legends on the software.

Violations will be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order information (email, domain, license key) for as long as your license is active and for a period required by applicable law thereafter.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Their privacy practices are governed by the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.
