Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Product — No Refunds

FastAnn Pro is a digital software product. Once your payment is processed and your RSA-signed license key is generated and delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the product features and documentation before purchasing.
• You understand the license is domain-locked and non-transferable.
• You waive any right to a refund upon delivery of the license key.

2. No Exchanges or Transfers

Purchased licenses cannot be exchanged for a different plan, transferred to another domain, or assigned to another user. Each license is permanently bound to the domain registered at checkout.

3. Exceptions

SmartTech may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund only in the following exceptional case:

• Non-delivery: Your license key was not delivered within 24 hours of a successful payment and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after investigation.

To request assistance, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and registered email.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SmartTech support is considered a breach of these Terms. Doing so will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license key without compensation.
