1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastAnn (the "Service"), a product of SmartTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees:

• Free License: A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FastAnn for personal, non-commercial projects.
• Pro License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FastAnn on a single registered domain for commercial projects. The license is domain-locked and verified via an RSA-signed license key.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the FastAnn library or any part of its source code.
• Copy, replicate, or repurpose the UI/UX design or visual identity of FastAnn or the FastAnn website.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Use one Pro license key on multiple domains.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the license verification mechanism.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of SmartTech. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use SmartTech's trademarks, logos, or trade names.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

SmartTech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SmartTech is incorporated.
